John Mac Phelemy graduated from Wentworth Institute in 1970. After two years in the Navy, John joined P. S. Thorsen Co. In South Boston as an estimator.  After working for various companies over the next 16 years, he decided to go out on his own and formed T&G Insulation Co. Inc. in 1998.

Members of our crew are all up to date with regard to OSHA approved training programs as well as all state and federal workplace and safety regulations. Our crews are well trained in all aspects of mechanical insulation practices.
